The Library is open! Here is some important information:

Advance appointments are preferred for picking up kits and class material and using a study table or computer but walk-in appointments are available. You can make a walk-in appointment for a study table or computer by scanning the QR code on the front door, using our appointment scheduling computer in the Library or stopping at the Reference Desk in the Library.
Materials can now be returned at the Library. The Library book drops in front of the library are also open. Students can also return materials without coming into the building at the East & West (N-wing) campus doors that will be staffed by Public Safety.
Computers are available by appointment. Walk-in appointments can be made by scanning the QR code on the front door, using our appointment computer in the Library or Library staff can make an appointment for you. A printing station is available in Founder's Hall, outside of the Library for students who only need to print material. Color printing will be available from computers in the Library. Computers have been arranged to accommodate social distancing (images show removal of chairs and mouse and keyboard for social distancing).
A 5-minute Quick Print station has been set up in Founder's Hall right outside the Library front doors. This can be used for quick, black and white print jobs. Please limit your time to 5 minutes.
Please reserve a computer seat to come in and spend more time printing or to use the color printer. Walk-in appointments are available! You can either scan the QR code on the front door of the Library to make a real-time appointment or staff at the Reference Desk can assign an appointment time to you.
Color printing is only available specific computers in the Library. Please reserve a computer in the Library to print in color. Walk-in appointments are available!
Scanners are available in the computer lab. When you reserve your computer use Pod A Seat 4.
Study tables are available by appointment. Tables and chairs have been arranged to accommodate social distancing. Walk-in appointments are available! Simply use the QR code on the front door to schedule a real-time appointment or staff at the Reference Desk can assign a spot to you.
Graphing calculators are available to rent for the semester and to borrow while working in the Library. The rental fee has been waived for the semester. An appointment and a student ID is preferred to rent or borrow a calculator but walk-in appointments are available!
Kits placed on reserve by your instructors will be available to check out. An appointment and a student ID is preferred to check out reserve material but walk-in appointments are available.
Anatomy models are available in the Anatomy Lab and the Library.
Anatomy Lab (Room C112) Hours:
Monday-Thursday 7:30-4pm
Friday 7:30-3pm
An appointment is preferred to check out library models but walk-in appointments are available. Models will be cleaned with soap and water after use.
Course reserve materials such as Textbooks and DVDs will be available to use and view by appointment, walk-in appointments are available. This material will be cleaned but not be quarantined so we recommend additional use of hand washing and hand sanitizing when using these objects.
Food and drink will not be allowed in the LLIC this semester to allow for consistent use of masks.
The library book stacks will be closed for browsing but books may be checked out by placing a hold on the item needed through the book catalog. If you don't have a Library card you can start the process so you are able to have a barcode and PIN # to place holds in the book catalog. An appointment and student ID is preferred to pick up your hold requests, but walk-in appointments are available. Look for the Place Hold button in the record of your book to request it.
Interlibrary loan for articles is currently available by completing the Interlibrary Loan Request form. Book loans will be available soon. An appointment and a student ID are preferred to pick up Interlibrary Loan requests but walk-in appointments are available.
Computers are available to use at all Delta College Centers. Appointments are required using the Pioneer Connect system.

Midland: Monday-Thursday 12:30pm to 5:30pm
Bay City: Monday and Wednesday 10am-3pm
