Constitution Day is Friday, September 17, 2023. In September of 1787, the Founding Fathers signed the most influential document in American history: The United States Constitution. We commemorate Constitution Day every year in remembrance of our rights and freedoms as citizens of the United States. Our theme this year focuses on Alexander Hamilton. Please visit the library to view a special exhibit that examines Hamilton’s central role during the Revolutionary War and Founding period in creating the economic, constitutional, social, journalistic, political, and foreign policy templates for modern America.
