Group Study Rooms Terms & Conditions of Use

In reserving the Library Group Study Rooms you agree to the following Terms & Conditions of use:

  • Maximum Capacity for this room is 6 persons.
  • Individuals that have not arrived within 15 minutes of their scheduled time will forfeit their reservation and the room will become available.
  • You must check-in and check-out for your reservation.
  • Users are responsible for personal property. Do not leave items unattended. The Library is not liable for loss or damage to personal property.
  • Report any damage to the reference desk. If damage is discovered after your use, you may be held responsible.
  • Masks are currently required while using the study rooms.
  • You agree to follow study room etiquette guidelines:
    • Keep it down: Conversations should be held to a reasonable noise level. The rooms are not soundproof and excessive noise disturbs others studying in the area.
    • Keep it Clean: Please leave the room clean (clean the whiteboard, return furniture, dispose of garbage properly)
    • Keep it Kind: Please adhere to your reservations and share these rooms cooperatively. If a problem arises, do your best to work it out. See Reference Desk if you need assistance.
