In reserving the Library Group Study Rooms you agree to the following Terms & Conditions of use:
Maximum Capacity for this room is 6 persons.
Individuals that have not arrived within 15 minutes of their scheduled time will forfeit their reservation and the room will become available.
You must check-in and check-out for your reservation.
Users are responsible for personal property. Do not leave items unattended. The Library is not liable for loss or damage to personal property.
Report any damage to the reference desk. If damage is discovered after your use, you may be held responsible.
You agree to follow study room etiquette guidelines:
Keep it down: Conversations should be held to a reasonable noise level. The rooms are not soundproof and excessive noise disturbs others studying in the area.
Keep it Clean: Please leave the room clean (clean the whiteboard, return furniture, dispose of garbage properly)
Keep it Kind: Please adhere to your reservations and share these rooms cooperatively. If a problem arises, do your best to work it out. See Reference Desk if you need assistance.
