Founded in 1951, we are the sole international voice for physiotherapy. We represent more than 625,000 physiotherapists worldwide, through our 121 member organisations. World Physiotherapy operates as a non-profit organisation and is registered as a charity (World Confederation for Physical Therapy) in the UK.
The APTA Michigan is a professional organization representing physical therapists, physical therapist assistants and students who have joined together to assure that high ethical professional standards are maintained and that quality health care in the areas of prevention, education and rehabilitation of movement dysfunction and wellness are received for all consumers in the state of Michigan.
