General Tips

Having trouble connecting to Delta College Library databases? Here are some general troubleshooting tips:

Clear browser cache:

  • Sometimes clearing your browser cache will solve the problem.
  • Refresh your cache - use these step by step guides to clear your browser's cache.

Delta users only:

  • Only currently registered students, faculty and staff are able to get into library databases from off campus using their Delta College username and password. Community members may use library databases on campus. 

Password reset:

  • Your Delta College electronic account user name/password is required to use Delta College Library databases from off campus. If you need to reset or change your password, visit the Delta College Signup page.

Update or switch your browser:

  • Make sure you are using the most current version of your browser or try switching to a different browser if you are having technical difficulties.  Chrome and Firefox browsers are recommended.
