The Library has several spaces available for you and your students!
The Library Instruction classroom (A135) is available to schedule for library instruction by completing one of our instruction request forms or by contacting library staff via email or phone at 989-686-9874.
The Library Pop-Up Classroom is an area located in the back of the library near A-125. It has six tables, twenty-four chairs, and a small whiteboard. It is partially separated from the open computer area by a half wall. Classes can use it for group work or to meet with their instructor; students can also bring their own devices. It does not have any computers. Reserve the Pop-Up Classroom by filling out the request form or calling the library at 989-686-9874.
Group study rooms are available for your students at the back of the Library (A136-A138). Students can reserve group study rooms on the library website. Group study space is also available in the Learning Commons at the Downtown Saginaw and Downtown Midland Centers.
The open computer lab is available during library hours if your students need computer or printing access. The Open Lab houses 86 PC and 17 Mac computers, three print kiosks that allow for networked or wireless printing, scanners and specialized software.
